Private Pilot Licence - Helicopter

Helivate Pilots are Not Average Pilots!

OUR TRAINING IS DESIGNED TO PRODUCE PILOTS WHO ARE BETTER SKILLED, MORE AWARE, AND MORE CAPABLE IN REAL-WORLD FLYING ENVIRONMENTS.

We work through the syllabus thoroughly and in detail, but we don’t stop there. We deliberately add practical, scenario-based training that prepares pilots for real decision-making, variable conditions, and operational flying — always with safety as the foundation.

Whether flying recreationally or professionally, Helivate pilots leave with more than a licence. They leave with confidence, discipline, and the ability to think ahead of the aircraft.

At Helivate, we don’t train average pilots, we strive to create exceptional ones.

Real flying. Real decisions. Real airmanship.

Self-Fly Experience

Begin with PPL. Become a Commercial Pilot.

Our introductory flights are designed for those ready to experience the thrill of helicopter flying.

Your Self-Fly Experience: What Awaits You!

Start with a briefing from a certified instructor who will tell you what you need to know about piloting a helicopter and the safety concerns.
You can ask as many questions as you like to make sure you are familiarised with the theory before you turn it into practice.

During the Self-Fly, the instructor will allow you to take control of the helicopter yourself.

  • The instructor will show you how to manoeuvre the helicopter (faster & slower, turning and climbing & descending).
  • We might even throw in a sneak peek on how to hover.

Bucket list experiences do not get much more exciting than that!

And what is even better, you can invite all your friends and family to witness your great moment as you fly off and return to land.
